Friends of Kimberly Field meeting

We will meet in the park near the entrance to Betsy Ross Arts Magnet School (BRAMS).

Kimberly Field is a 10.8-acre park adjacent to BRAMS in the Hill neighborhood. The school has partnered with the City of New Haven and Urban Resources Initiative to identify funding to make improvements in the park.

URI’s Community Greenspace program supports “Friends of Parks” groups all over the City to do grassroots greening. The program provides materials, tools, and technical assistance to support neighbors in creating a vision and realizing community goals for their local greenspace.

The Friends of Kimberly Park is newly forming. It will hold this first meeting in the park on March 30 at 5:30 pm.
