Summary

In their 2nd year as a Greenspace group, the 'Neighbors Uniting' group joined together to beautify their neighborhood. Led by a core group of participants - Susan Klein, Chris McDaniel, Angela Russell, Henry Lowendorf, and Laurie Moore - the group focused their efforts towards lead remediation of front yards. Through their hard work, commitment and enthusiasm to URI's Healthy Yards program, the group successfully completed remediation of three front yards providing a safe space for young children to play and enjoy the beauty of their surroundings.
