Annual Day of Remembrance

The New Haven Botanical Garden of Healing Dedicated to Victims of Gun Violence is led by families who have lost loved ones to gun violence with support by partners including the City of New Haven, the Urban Resources Initiative, donors and many volunteers. Together we are creating a space for families and communities to come together to heal and remember the lives lost, and raise awareness of the tragedies of gun violence.

Each year on the second Saturday of June, the mothers host an Annual Day of Remembrance in the garden and invite dignitaries to read the names of the victims.  We hope you will join us in honoring the victims and their families.
