Summary
Historically, a few people that live in the building adjacent to the park have maintained the flowers at the memorial in Griswold Park. The greenspace group formed in 2010 have planted trees and maintained the flowerbed in the back for the area residents and the traffic passing through the intersection. This year the group planted a beautiful Fat Albert Spruce which can be decorated as holiday tree, and four arborvitaes and additional perennials in the flowerbed. They also arranged rocks, weeded and mulched the bed and trees.
