Summary
Chatham Square is one of the oldest still active Greenspace groups. A long-time dedicated bunch, their commitment to the restoration and continued stewardship of the Chatham Square Park is remarkable. The group's impact over the years can be seen in the now-adolescent trees that line the park as well as the lush center garden that acts as its anchor. This summer, these master tree planters made quick work of replacing eight maple trees in the park and mulching several other trees in order to better protect them from lawn mowers and other hazards.
