We supplied the group with three 25-ft hoses to help with watering plants, growing grass, and keeping people cool while working.

Summary

The Arch Street Greenspace site and group regained some of its former glory with tremendous initiative from Cindy Rodriguez this year! In its 25 years as a Community Greenspace, Arch Street has experienced ebbs and flows in community participation – but this year was definitely an upswing! The group worked together to revitalize the space, which had been suffering from nefarious activities (e.g., littering, drug use, transient issues, etc.) in recent months. By summer’s end, the community’s investment in reclaiming the space had paid off and it was once again a place of enjoyment for nearby residents.
