Summary
The Cedar Hill neighborhood Greenspace has had an active presence for almost 20 years. This summer they completed their maintenance and replantings in bare spots of their three main beds (the island at English Drive, the Ms. Betty Thompson Corner, and the 219 Garden) and then decided to turn to the cherry tree planted last summer on Rice Field. With the help of some new energetic volunteers, they completed a planting around the cherry tree to beautify the bed and to protect the plaque that had been placed in memory of one of their long-time volunteers.
