Fair Haven Neighbors in Action is a motivated, energetic group that is dedicated to beautifying the area of Fair Haven around Exchange st. and Poplar st.. This summer, the neighbors celebrated their sixth year as an active Greenspace group. Fair Haven Neighbors focused their efforts this season on street tree planting but were able to get many additional tasks completed. The group planted a total of 13 trees, removed concrete to make five new tree pits, completed 1 lead yard remediation project, stewarded previous year’s plantings, and collected trash. The group has a handful of committed volunteers who are eager to improve the neighborhood and have a good time doing it.
