Summary
This was the seventh season for Fair Haven Neighbors in Action. The neighborhood has been transformed by the dedication of this group, which has planted over 40 street trees during this time period, in addition to lead remediation work and other stewardship activities. Upward of 18 volunteers came to participate in planting days this season, cultivating high-energy workdays, neighborly camaraderie, and successful restoration work. The addition of six new street trees was the highlight of this season. The group focuses their work on Exchange, Poplar, and Wolcott Streets in the lower section of Fair Haven below Grand Avenue.
