Summary
Colorful trees dutifully maintained by the residents of the neighborhood including Wolcott, Poplar, and Exchange Streets in Fair Haven bring vibrancy and a sense of place to a neighborhood whose tree canopy has been, historically, lacking. Working collaboratively, neighbors planted a mix of red-and-purplish crabapple trees and taller trees that would fill in the canopy, all of which were complimented with bright flowers, beautification, and good conversation.
