Summary

The Ivy Narrow site has been an active part of the Community Greenspace program since 2000. Having completed its main goals, the group joined the Emeritus part of the Greenspace program. The garden, aimed at attracting birds and butterflies, looks very beautiful and has a diverse and attractive variety of plants and a pond complete with water lilies and fish. The Thomas family has taken the lead on stewardship responsibility for the site. This year 2 blueberries and 2 echinaceas were planted and more pea stone was spread along the paths that weave through the garden.
