Summary
This is the sixth year that the West River Association has been active as a Community Greenspace Group. Throughout their history, the group has been fortunate to have competent leadership. This year, John Fitzpatrick was instrumental in taking on Monitor Square Park as the focus of the group efforts. Logging and impressive 223 volunteer hours, the community showed tireless dedication to making the park an attractive place for passersby and events.
Other activity
Planted annuals provided by community member surrounding monument. Hosted a July 4th tag sale.
