Summary

The inaugural summer of the Norton Parkway Pollinator Pathway greenspace kicked off in 2019, and in our short time together we formed 5 sections of an avenue's media for planting pollinator-friendly perennials and shrubs — successfully planting either end of the median with copius black-eyed Susan, liastris, and the like. The brainchild of Robin Ladouceur, Zoe Keller, and Jess Nelson, this multi-year project will address the broader aesthetics of the parkway while providing a crucial resource for pollinator species.
