Summary

The Urban Oasis at Beaver Ponds Park saw growth this summer in terms of its social engagement. More members from the Friends of Beaver Ponds Park Greenspace group visited the Oasis and helped with its upkeep, repairing fences and helping to water. Led by community members, interns from Common Ground High School provided continuing stewardship and maintenance of the space, watering trees and putting in new shrubs along the new landscaping.
