Summary

The Beaver Ponds Urban Oasis group worked about once a week over the summer to clear invasives, especially focusing on vines that had grown up on the deer fence. We cut off the hanging vines and re-staked the base of the fence to the ground to prevent any deer from coming in and eating all the native plants. We also pruned back plants that were infringing on the pathway, and sought to remove any mugwort or multifloras rose that we could find.
