Summary
In their 16th year as a URI Greenspace group, the Block Watch 303 team mostly focused on stewardship this summer. The group pruned, weeded, and put down mulch in the park surrounding the Mitchell Branch library. Through this work, the group continued their commitment to greening the Westville community for the enjoyment of residents and visitors alike. Also, the group teamed up with teens from Solar Youth, who were very helpful in maintaining the park.
