Summary

Dover Beach began its season by removing a huge volume of invasive material from the plantings initiated last year. With the help of interns from Common Ground High School, the group helped to define a new space on the corner of Front Street and Middletown Ave. Support from Anastasio & Sons garage allowed the new space to be watered, and for plantings to continue. Being on the corner of two busy streets, the interns were often praised by community members for their dedication to working in this space throughout the July heatwave.
