Summary
East Edge Gardeners is an Emeritus group that is excelling at community building and stewardship. The tight-knit group of neighbors works both weekly as a group, and individually when they have time. This season, they perked up over half a dozen beds along the mall by weeding, mulching, and doing a small bit of restoration planting and added a bit of winter interest to the Mayor’s bed. They were also able to remove two dead trees from the grass area.
