2024 Greenspace Report
The New Haven Botanical Garden of Healing Dedicated to Victims of Gun Violence is a space of healing and stewardship where volunteers not only care for and tend to the space, but each other. Marlene, Pamela and Celeste (the moms who started the garden) and other faithful volunteers have planted many perennials and have sustained high-quality stewardship through continuous weeding, mulching, and watering. This beautiful garden has been a serene haven of rest for the community and continues to be a tool to unify people and communities.
