Summary
For about twenty years the Orchard Street lot has been a place of beauty, rest, and community-building for the neighborhood. This summer’s efforts ran alongside the intern’s in-person summer schedule and therefore only consisted of a few volunteer days focused on stewardship. However, the group was able to weed, mulch, and care for the entirety of the lot in those work sessions, a true testimony to the years of work that have been put in before this summer.
