Summary
The Orchard St volunteers are a group of very dedicated neighbors. They have created a beautiful greenspace that is a cool oasis in the summertime for gathering. This year, the group worked to acquire large potted plants to place in front of each house in the neighborhood that wanted one. In total the group placed 13 plants(hosta, coreopsis, and yucca) in front of participating houses, beautifying the street. The group also worked hard to do maintenance on the existing space by weeding and adding a new layer of stone dust to the pathway and repainting infrastructure.
