Summary

The Oyster Point Greenspace group has been active for 18 years and the group has done a fantastic job transforming the City Point neighborhood into a beautiful Greenspace community. The group has planted in Triangle Park, Bayview Park, and along curb strips in the neighborhood and takes great pride in their stewardship efforts to maintain planting areas. This summer the group began by weeding and mulching the planting beds in Triangle Park before focusing efforts on planting trees in Bayview Park and along the curb strip on Sixth St. By season’s end the group planted 6 trees and mulched and restaked all trees planted within the last three years.
