Summary
This historic park has been part of the community greenspace program just for a few years now. The group has been dedicated to eradicating invasive weeds such as burning bushes, marking and restoring trails, and cleaning up trash at the park. This summer, the group continued with these stewardship activities. With the vision of enhancing the trail usage at the park, we created trail directional signs to enhance the trail experience at the park. Despite a few setbacks such as the illegal dumping of trash at the park, the group worked effortlessly to improve the beautification of the park.
