Summary

The city's smallest registered park site, Rainbow Park is a green oasis in an urban town. Neighbors take pride in the park and can be seen on a daily basis weeding or cleaning the site to keep in flourishing. The group has been a part of the Greenspace program for 7 years. They have contributed to the broader community through their work in the park, as well as working to create a safer, more livable block for residents, families and visitors. This year, the first part of the summer was devoted to park stewardship and planting impatiens provided by the city. As the summer progressed, the group initiated work on a new endeavor to create a patio.

Other activity

Initiated creation of a brick patio that involved spreading of stonedust and brick placement.
