2022 Greenspace Report
The dedicated group of volunteers at Rainbow Park were paid heartily this year with the installation of a water source! After nearly a decade of waiting, this was the year that it finally happened. How exciting! But with such a development came a short-term cost: the park and its perennials at the front had been trampled and dug up. This was no problem for Pat Wallace and Jane Commins, who were ready to restore the park to its glory. We installed a 4x4 stake to hold up the hose connected to the new water source and filled in the perennials beds that had been trampled with beautiful, native flowers to make the park pop again. What a fantastic summer of resurgence!
