Summary

This vacant lot-turned-park on Shelton Ave is a community gathering space largely maintained by neighbors who are sometimes helped by volunteers who come over from Believe In Me. The group had a productive summer of planting many perennials that provide more beautiful flowers to look at in the summer, and evergreen shrubs to add color to the space during the winter. They also added to the park’s infrastructure by expanding the stone pathway, and adding more secure fencing.
