This workday, we planted an Eastern Redbud behind our corner garden, adding a nice touch that brings it all together. We also planted a Pink Star Azalea, and added three low-growing asters to the corner garden. We had a great time admiring the hard work we have put in the past few weeks!

Now that we're all finished with the corner garden, we've moved on to planting shrubs behind it to add some depth! We planted three shrubs - inkberry, viburnum, and Chokeberry! Next week, we'll be adding some more behind those.

This week, the group and I added some last touches to the corner garden, raising it and adding more logs as edges. Our hard work payed off, and the garden looks beautiful! Next workday, we'll be focusing on adding some bushes behind it.
