2024 Greenspace Report
The East Edge gardeners are a small but mighty group that has transformed many intersections along the Edgewood Avenue mall by planting and maintaining beautiful perennial beds. The group is a longstanding member of the URI Greenspace groups and continues to be faithful stewards of these spaces for their community. While most of the work done this summer was tedious weeding and mulching, the volunteers understand what a huge difference these actions make in the health and aesthetics of the perennial beds, and do it with great joy and devotion.
